Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Acquisition Strengthens DataGryd’s Expansion Strategy 

January 14, 2022 Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd announced it has completed the asset acquisition of DataGryd Datacenters LLC

 

We are excited to announce the acquisition of DataGryd Data Centers assets by Cordiant Digital Infrastructure. Cordiant Capital brings a long term investment vision and substantial industry knowledge that will significantly benefit us in our future growth. 

 Cordiant Digital Infrastructure anticipates investing an incremental $75m of expansion capital into DataGryd over the next three years which will strengthen DataGryd’s current growth strategy.  Since founding in 2011, Datagryd has continued to evolve and expand operations within the 60 Hudson facility, including construction of the MegaSuite data hall. Under Cordiant’s ownership, DataGryd will pursue an option to take-up an additional 120,000 sq ft of data center space. In turn, DataGryd’s planned expansion will bring its presence at 60 Hudson Street to four floors, equivalent to 34%+ of the leasable space within the building.
